I'm confused by this, I just want a banner. I have 'files' but I don't know what I'm doing

Artwork Requirements

Please make sure your artwork is fully print ready before uploading. The file has to be the correct size (or ratio) and at full size it
needs to be at least 150dpi. Your artwork also needs to be 'flattened'. Yes, this may mean a larger file size for some but it ensures
no font problems or picture placement mishaps.

File Formats

We can read every file format on the planet....however. We don't except any artwork created in Microsoft Word, Excel, Powerpoint or Publisher.
If this is all you have then we will accept it with an additional setup charge of £15 + VAT.

Ideally, the file formats we would like are (flattened)...
